Medicalscrubs.gr provides its services to visitors, registered members, and customers upon their acceptance of the following Terms of Use. Changes may be made without prior notice to users. By placing orders through links and hyperlinks of medicalscrubs.gr, you automatically accept these terms. Please read them carefully at regular intervals to stay informed of any updates.

When you visit the digital store medicalscrubs.gr, place orders, or send electronic messages (emails), you are communicating with medicalscrubs.gr electronically. Consequently, you accept the right of medicalscrubs.gr to communicate with you electronically as well. You agree in advance that such electronic communications and the information exchanged through them satisfy the applicable legal requirements and rules regarding written communication.

All content on medicalscrubs.gr, such as texts, graphics, photos, trademarks, images, digital files, and software, is the exclusive property of medicalscrubs.gr or its content providers and is protected by Greek and international copyright laws.

Any indirect use of medicalscrubs.gr and its content, for the benefit of another business, without the written consent of medicalscrubs.gr’s administrators, is prohibited.

Medicalscrubs.gr makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding its operation or the information, content, materials, or products included therein. Therefore, users of the digital store agree to use it at their own risk.

Medicalscrubs.gr does not guarantee that its servers or emails sent from its digital store are free of viruses or other harmful components. It bears no responsibility for any damages of any kind that may result from the use of the digital store, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Medicalscrubs.gr makes every effort to be as accurate as possible regarding product descriptions and prices displayed in the digital store. However, it is not liable if product features, relevance to displayed photos, prices, or other content related to products sold through the store are inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or erroneous.

Returns & Replacements

If you wish to make a return and replacement for an online purchase, you may contact Customer Service by sending an email to info@medicalscrubs.gr within fourteen (14) days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. Once you specify the items to be returned and the new items you wish to receive, the replacement process will begin.

• The service costs €7.20 for shipments within Greece.
• For international customers, the cost depends on the country and geographical location of the customer. For foreign customers, the return and replacement costs must be prepaid.
• For customers in Greece, the cost may either be prepaid or paid to the cooperating courier company.

You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to us.

Returns & Refunds

We accept and process refunds only if the products you received are defective or damaged. If you believe a product is defective, you must immediately contact Customer Service by sending an email to info@medicalscrubs.gr within ten (10) days from the date of the shipping confirmation email.

You must return the product in the same packaging you received it, to:
Sachtouri 23-25, PC 546-32, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Include with the returned product all original boxes, instructions, documents, and wrappings.

Once we inspect the product, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is not available, please contact Customer Service. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges shown on the packing slip or invoice. All return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.

Governing Law & Disputes

Visitors of medicalscrubs.gr automatically agree that these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic concerning any dispute that may arise between users and the digital store medicalscrubs.gr. Any dispute relating in any way to the use of the digital store or its products or services shall first be attempted to be resolved extrajudicially. In the event such resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be settled in the competent Courts of Thessaloniki.

User Obligations

Users of the digital store medicalscrubs.gr agree not to use it for sending, publishing, emailing, or otherwise transmitting any content that is:

• illegal, harmful, threatening, offensive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexist, invasive of another’s privacy, malicious, or discriminatory (racial, national, or otherwise),
• harmful to minors in any way,
• not authorized for transmission by law or contractual relationships (such as internal or proprietary confidential information obtained or disclosed as part of employment or under confidentiality agreements),
• infringing any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties,
• containing software viruses or any other codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy, or limit the operation of computer software or hardware,
• violating applicable Greek or EU laws,
• harassing third parties in any way,
• or used for collecting or storing users’ personal data.

Medicalscrubs.gr is not responsible for any incorrect information provided by the user regarding transactions. It does not correct or intervene in the information submitted by the user. Information such as email address, name, home address, contact phone number, etc. is entered by the user exclusively at their own responsibility via digital communication forms.

The company assumes no responsibility if the end user of the product uses it for illegal purposes or in any way contrary to the laws of the country where it is used. The end user is solely responsible for the proper use of the product purchased from the company and is obliged to comply with the applicable laws of the country in which the product will be used.
