Return & Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered products with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to make a return for an online purchase, you may inform Customer Service by sending an email at info@medicalscrubs.gr within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.
Return & Replacement
To make a return and exchange for an online purchase, you can notify Customer Service by sending an email to info@medicalscrubs.gr within fourteen (14) days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. Then you have defined the items to be returned and the new items to be received, the replacement process begins. The service costs €7.2 for Greece. For abroad, the replacement process costs on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customer’s country and geographic location. For customers from abroad, the cost of return and replacement is prepaid. For customers in Greece, the cost is either prepaid or paid to the partner Courier company. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product. You are responsible for the cost
