Medicalscrubs.gr provides its services to its visitors, registered members and customers by their acceptance of the following Terms of Use. Changes will be made without notice to users. If you place orders through links and hyperlinks of medicalscrubs.gr, you automatically accept these terms. Please read them carefully, at regular intervals, in order to be informed of any changes.

When you visit the digital store medicalscrubs.gr, send orders or e-mails, contact medicalscrubs.gr electronically. therefore you accept the right of medicalscrubs.gr, respectively, to contact you electronically. The requested data, such as e-mail address, name, home address, contact telephone, etc., are registered with the sole responsibility of the accuracy of their contents by the user and are filled in by him in the digital contact forms.

The company does not bear any responsibility, if the final user of the product uses it for illegal actions or which in any case is contrary to the laws of the state to be used. The end user is solely responsible for the proper use of the product he will buy from the company and is obliged to comply with the relevant provisions of the state in which the product will be used.

We accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered products with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.

If you wish to make a return for an online purchase, you may inform Customer Service by sending an email at info@medicalscrubs.gr within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.

Return & Replacement

To make a return and exchange for an online purchase, you can notify Customer Service by sending an email to info@medicalscrubs.gr within fourteen (14) days from the date of the shipping confirmation email. Then  you have defined the items to be returned and the new items to be received, the replacement process begins. The service costs €6.2 to €7.2 depending on the Postal Code of the Shipping Address for Greece. For abroad, the replacement process costs on a case-by-case basis, depending on the customer’s country and geographic location. For customers from abroad, the cost of return and replacement is prepaid. For customers in Greece, the cost is either prepaid or paid to the partner Courier company. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product. You are responsible for the cost.

Return & Refund

We only accept and proceed to a refund if the products you received are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly inform Customer Service by sending an email at info@medicalscrubs.gr within ten (10) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation e-mail.

You should send the product in the same package received to Sachtouri 23-25, PC 546-32, Thessaloniki, Greece.

Please include with the product being returned all original boxes, instructions, documents and wrappings. After reviewing the product, we will let you know whether or not you are entitled to a refund. We will process your refund assign as possible and in any case; within fourteen (14) days of the date the returned goods have been received by us. We will refund any money received from you using the same method used to make payment. If original form of payment is not available, please contact Customer Service. Refund time varies by bank
